Today’s teachers face very different challenges never been thought of years ago or even imagined by their colleague . Preparing students to thrive in a global, technologically advanced society where they must use digital tools that evolve at a blistering pace to succeed at their career that did not even exist a decade ago.  Information developing skills have become a survival skill nearly easy to access to anything of an Web-based. this may open up information that may expose learners to more information in just one day than those of previous generations would have been able to access in a lifetime. In order to prepare students for their future, teachers must have the support and leadership of there  school and faculty to fully understand 21st century skills.
To be effective leaders for the 21st century, they  must ensure that instructional needs, the greatness of teachers, and the ultimate needs of students are considered. These 21st century teachers has to understand that is no longer and open book thing in the classroom . Technology is the key. as a body I believe as teachers they should ask themselves before they do any lesson, What outcomes do we want to accomplish in the classroom? What available tool and resources  can and will support the teachers in helping their students meet these outcomes? What preparation do we need to ensure that teachers have that students can appropriately utilize tools and resources? these will better get teacher to see a better view on the 21st century in the education field in become a teacher.

  1. Yay! You got your first post on your first blog!! :) Congratulations

The points that resonated with you are good ones - ones that you'll likely build upon over the semester's time. Good start on your reflective writing - a skill that you will further develop as you get some additional posts on this blog. Do remember to space out your paragraphs with each defining one of the points from your textbook. Awesome job on finding and embedding a relevant video - excellent!

The things to work on for the next blog post: 1) You definitely need to set up your Resources at the end of the post in APA citation format - with the textbook and, in this case, the YouTube video 2) Try adding a Creative Commons licensed photo/image to provide more visual to your blog - it is tough to just read text these days of multimedia. :)

Overall, a great first post - keep up the good work. :)
